K prihláške jedinca do triedy mladší dorast a dorast musí majiteľ (vystavovateľ) vložiť na online stránku kópiu preukazu o pôvode psa. Nestačí vložiť puppy card, zápis v “metryke”, kópiu prihlášky na zápis vrhu či oznam, že preukaz o pôvode je vo vybavovaní. Prihlášky šteniec bez preukazu o pôvode budú stornované.
POKYNY PRE VYSTAVOVATEĽOV
- Online katalóg bude uverejnený na stránke www.duodanube.sk v deň konania výstavy od 8. hod., v tlačenej forme sa nevydáva.
- Prijatie prihlášky bude potvrdené vstupným listom. Majitelia prihlásených psov si vstupné listy z online systému tlačia sami (cca 7 dní pred výstavou). Súčasťou vstupného listu sú aj katalógové čísla. Na výstave sa čísla nevydávajú. Vystavovatelia si ich vytlačené prinesú so sebou na výstavu. Pri vstupe sa budú kontrolovať a ústrižok z nich odtŕhať ako z platnej vstupenky, preto bez vytlačeného vstupného listu nemôže ísť vystavovateľ do areálu výstaviska.
- Po vstupe do areálu idú vystavovatelia priamo k príslušnému kruhu.
- Zapisovanie výsledkov do preukazov o pôvode a vydávanie cien bude v priestoroch pri výstavnej kancelárii (CAJC, CAC, CACIB, BOB). Ostatné ceny sa budú vydávať v záverečnom kruhu podľa ohodnotenia psa rozhodcami.
- Pre každého prihláseného psa treba mať so sebou jeho preukaz o pôvode a veterinárny preukaz.
- Súťaž pre deti – Junior Handling – prihlasuje sa prostredníctvom Junior Handling klubu Slovensko -www.juniorhandling.sk.
- Na výstave je nevyhnutné dodržiavať pokyny usporiadateľského zboru.
- Počet komerčných stánkov sa bude riešiť individuálne po zaslaní objednávky zverejnenej na web stránke výstavy, prijatým záujemcom bude zaslaná faktúra.
PODMIENKY PRE PRIHLASOVANIE PSOV
- Na výstavu sa prihlasuje iba online formou na stránke onlinedogshows.sk. Vystavovateľ sa na online stránke zaregistruje iba raz bez zreteľa, na ktorú výstavu sa prihlasuje (MVP, národnú, celoštátnu, klubovú…). Zabudnuté prihlasovacie údaje vám radi pošleme. Ak je majiteľ psa už zaregistrovaný na online stránke, treba, aby si najskôr skontroloval vložené psy a suky, a nevkladal ich duplicitne. V prípade potreby urobiť zmenu na karte psa (napr. zmena čísla zápisu importovaného jedinca) treba napísať usporiadateľovi na info@onlinedogshows.sk.
- Na výstave sa môžu zúčastniť len jedince zapísané v plemenných knihách uznaných FCI.
- Podanie prihlášky je záväzné! Odoslaním prihlášky vystavovateľ vyjadruje súhlas s ustanoveniami propozícií výstavy.
- Výstavné poplatky treba uhradiť do 24 hodín od prihlásenia, ak nebude platba na účte organizátora do 72 hodín, prihláška bude vymazaná. Vystavovateľ sa zaväzuje uhradiť výstavné poplatky aj v prípade, ak sa na výstave z akýchkoľvek dôvodov nezúčastní.
- Pri úhrade výstavných poplatkov treba uviesť variabilný symbol z potvrdenia o registrácii prihlášok, ktoré majiteľ dostane mailom z online systému hneď po prihlásení psa na výstavu. Ak sa prihlásite na piatkovú výstavu a aj víkendové výstavy, dostanete dve potvrdenia o registrácii prihlášok s dvoma variabilnými symbolmi. Poplatky z obidvoch potvrdení môžete uhradiť jednou sumou, uviesť treba aspoň jeden variabilný symbol. Ak vám banka neponúka kolónku pre variabilný symbol, uveďte ho do správy pre prijímateľa. Ak za vás platí niekto iný, do správy pre prijímateľa treba uviesť vaše meno, a nie napr. výstava, MVP a pod. Poplatky sa uhrádzajú iba bankovým prevodom na účet MVP. Doklad o zaplatení výstavných poplatkov môžete vložiť ako prílohu v menu „moje platby“ (ikona v tvare spinky na hornej lište).
- Usporiadateľ má právo bez uvedenia dôvodu neprijať psa na výstavu.
- Ku každej prihláške musí byť priložená kópia originálu preukazu o pôvode psa, resp. vložená na kartu psa na online stránke.
- Doklady, ktoré vystavovateľ nahráva na kartu psa na onlinedogshows stránke, môžu mať maximálne 2 MB, inak Vám ich online systém neumožní vložiť. Kópia preukazu o pôvode musí byť dostatočne veľká a čitateľná (nie miniatúrne kópie z mobilu).
- K prihláške jedinca do triedy mladší dorast a dorast musí majiteľ (vystavovateľ) vložiť na online stránku kópiu preukazu o pôvode psa. Nestačí vložiť puppy card, zápis v “metryke”, kópiu prihlášky na zápis vrhu či oznam, že preukaz o pôvode je vo vybavovaní. Prihlášky šteniec bez preukazu o pôvode budú stornované.
- V prípade nesprávneho zaradenia do triedy na prihláške majiteľom psa bude jedinec automaticky zaradený do veku prislúchajúcej triedy, jedinec starší ako 15 mesiacov bude automaticky zaradený do triedy otvorenej. Prihlášky, ku ktorým nebudú priložené všetky potrebné doklady – kópia medzinárodného pracovného certifikátu pre triedu pracovnú (nestačí doklad o absolvovaní pracovnej skúšky), kópia získaného šampionátu pre triedu šampiónov (platí len ICH, CIB, CIE alebo CH – nevkladajte zbytočne Junior šampionát), budú bez urgovania chýbajúcich dokladov zaradené do triedy otvorenej.
- Prihlásiť psa na výstavu v deň konania výstavy nie je možné.
- Preradiť psa do inej triedy v deň výstavy nie je možné.
- Stornovať prihlášku je možné len do 17.8.2022. Žiadosť zasielajte na mailovú adresu office@duodanube.sk. K žiadosti priložte kópiu preukazu o pôvode prihláseného psa. V prípade storna prihlášky alebo vrátenia poplatkov z akéhokoľvek iného dôvodu budú z poukázanej sumy výstavného poplatku odpočítané náklady spojené s vrátením poplatku a storno poplatok vo výške 10 € za každú výstavu a stornovaného jedinca.
- Zmena triedy je možná do konca 3. uzávierky na základe písomnej žiadosti majiteľa/vystavovateľa psa. K žiadosti treba priložiť kópiu preukazu o pôvode daného jedinca.
- Ak sa výstava neuskutoční z dôvodov nezavinených usporiadateľom, výstavné poplatky sa použijú na úhradu vzniknutých nákladov.
- Rozhodca je povinný vylúčiť z posudzovania psy agresívne.
- Na výstave nie je dovolené stavať psa proti psovi (tzv. hecovanie).
- Používanie sprayov, púdrov a iných kozmetických prípravkov na úpravu srsti je zakázané.
- Hlasité povzbudzovanie (double handling) psov spoza kruhu je zakázané. Vyväzovanie psov na upravovacích stoloch (tzv. šibeniciach) mimo času, kedy sú psy upravované, je prísne zakázané. Porušenie týchto zákazov môže mať za následok vylúčenie psa z výstavy.
- Predaj šteniec na výstavisku je prísne zakázaný.
- Usporiadateľ nezodpovedá za škody spôsobené psom či psovi. Majiteľ zodpovedá sám za všetky škody spôsobené jeho psom. Voľné pobehovanie psov po výstavisku je zakázané.
- Vystavovateľ je zodpovedný za blaho svojho psa na medzinárodných výstavách psov – nesmie ho vystaviť situáciám, ktoré by mohli ohroziť jeho zdravie či dokonca život, napr. nechať ho v aute v extrémnej zime či horúčave alebo s ním kruto zaobchádzať. Každý, kto poruší tieto zásady, bude vylúčený z tejto a nasledujúcich výstav.
- Vystavovateľ prihlásením psa na výstavu, ako dotknutá osoba v zmysle § 13 zákona č. 18/2018 Z.z. o ochrane osobných údajov, dáva svoj súhlas usporiadateľskej organizácii na spracovanie jeho osobných údajov (meno, priezvisko) a súhlasí s ich zverejnením (meno, priezvisko) a fotodokumentácie z priebehu a výsledkov výstavy na webovej stránke usporiadateľa.
VETERINÁRNE PREDPISY
Každý pes musí mať veterinárny preukaz s platnými očkovaniami proti besnote, psinke, parvoviróze a hepatitíde minimálne 21 dní a maximálne 1 rok pred výstavou, resp. podľa dĺžky platnosti vakcíny. Vystavovateľ musí pri vstupnej veterinárnej prehliadke predložiť veterinárny preukaz psa.
Psy z iných štátov musia mať Pet Passport s platnou vakcináciou.
TO THE APPLICATION OF AN INDIVIDUAL TO THE MINOR PUPPY CLASS (correctly inoculated puppies up to 6 months) AND PUPPY CLASS (6 – 9 months), THE OWNER (EXHIBITOR) MUST SUBMIT A COPY OF THE DOGS PEDIGREE. (NOT PUPPY CARD, A COPY OF THE APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION OF A LITTER OR A NOTICE THAT THE CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN IS EQUIPPED). APPLICATIONS WITHOUT SCANN OF THE FCI PEDIGREE WILL BE CANCELED.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXHIBITORS
- Foreign exhibitors from countries that will be allowed to enter the territory of the Slovak Republic at the time of the exhibition will be admitted to the exhibition (the country must be published in the list of less risky countries of the Public Health Office of the Slovak Republic). The organizer has the right not to accept dogs of exhibitors from countries with limited, respectively. excluded stay in Slovakia.
- At the exhibition center (in the Závodiska area), the measures valid at the time of the exhibition must be observed by the Public Health Office of the Slovak Republic related to the prevention of the spread of Covid-19
- For each application to the listed classes, the same fee is paid for all three days.
- Exhibitors who do not enter the final competitions will leave the premises after the assessment.
- The online catalog will be published on the website www.duodanube.sk on the day of the exhibition from 8 am, it is not published in printed form.
- Acceptance of the application will be confirmed by the entry letter. Owners of registered dogs print their entry sheets from the online system themselves (approximately 10 days before the show). Catalog numbers are also part of the entry form. Numbers are not issued at the exhibition. Exhibitors will bring the printed ones with them to the exhibition. Upon entry, they will be checked and the clipping will be taken from them as from a valid ticket, therefore the exhibitor cannot go to the exhibition grounds without a printed entry form.
- After entering the premises, exhibitors go directly to the appropriate ring.
- The entry of the results in the certificates of origin and the issuance of prizes will be in the premises at the exhibition office, where the specified distance must be observed.
- Competition for children – Junior Handling – registration through the Junior Handling Club Slovakia –www.juniorhandling.sk.
- At the show it is necessary to follow the instructions of the show committee.
- The number of commercial stands will be resolved individually after sending the order published on the exhibition website, the invoice will be sent to the accepted interested parties.
CONDITIONS FOR THE REGISTRATION OF DOGS
- Only individuals registered in the studbooks recognized by the FCI can take part in the show.
- Registration for the exhibition is online only at www.onlinedogshows.sk. If the owner of the dog is already registered on the online website, it is necessary to first check the inserted dogs and bitches, and not to insert them in duplicate. If it is necessary to make a change on the dog’s card, it is necessary to write to the organizer at info@onlinedogshows.sk. It registers in the system only once, regardless of which exhibition you are registering for. We will be happy to send you the forgotten login details.
- The application is binding! Exhibition fees must be paid within 24 hours of registration, if payment is not on the organizer’s account within 72 hours, the application will be deleted. The exhibitor undertakes to pay the exhibition fees even if he does not participate in the exhibition for any reason.
- When paying exhibition fees, it is necessary to state the variable symbol from the confirmation of registration of applications, which the owner will receive by e-mail from the online system immediately after the dog registers for the exhibition. If you register for the Friday show and also the weekend show, you will receive two confirmations of registration of applications with two variable symbols. You can pay the fees from both confirmations in one amount, at least one variable symbol must be specified. Fees are paid only by bank transfer to the MVP account. You can insert the proof of payment of exhibition fees as an attachment in the “my payments” menu (pin icon).
- The organizer has the right not to accept the dog for the show without giving a reason.
- Each application must be accompanied by a legible copy of the original dog’s pedigree.
- Documents that the exhibitor uploads to the dog’s card on the onlinedogshows page can be a maximum of 2 MB, otherwise the online system will not allow them to be entered.
- In case of incorrect inclusion in the class on the application by the dog owner, the individual will be automatically included in the age of the corresponding class, an individual older than 15 months will be automatically included in the open class.
- Entries, which will not be accompanied by all the necessary documents – a copy of the international working certificate for the working class (proof of passing the working exam is not enough), a copy of the obtained championship for the champion class (only ICH or CH applies – do not add Junior Championship unnecessarily) documents included in the open class.
- It is not possible to register a dog for a show on the day of the show!
- It is not possible to transfer a dog to another class on the day of the show!
- It is only possible to cancel the application until 1. 8. 2021. Send the application exclusively by post or to office@duodanube.sk. Attach a copy of the pedigree of the registered dog to the application. In case of cancellation of the application or refund of fees for any other reason, the costs associated with the refund of the fee and a cancellation fee of € 10 for each exhibition and the canceled individual will be deducted from the amount of the exhibition fee.
- A change of class is possible until the end of the 2nd deadline on the basis of a written request of the dog owner.
- If the exhibition is not held for reasons beyond the control of the organizer, the exhibition fees will be used to cover the costs incurred.
- A judge is obliged to disqualify aggressive dogs.
- Provoking dogs against each other is not allowed.
- The use of sprays, powders and other hair care cosmetics is prohibited.
- Double handling of dogs from behind the ring is prohibited.
- It is strictly forbidden to leave dogs tied up on trimming tables except the time they are being prepared for the show (trimmed, brushed or combed).
- Violation of these prohibitions may result in the exclusion of the dog from the show.
- Selling puppies at the exhibition grounds is strictly forbidden!
- The organizer is not responsible for damages caused by the dogs. The owner is responsible for all damage caused by his dog. Free running of dogs around the show is prohibited.
- The exhibitor is responsible for the well-being of his dog at international dog shows – he must not expose him to situations that could endanger his health or even his life, e.g. leave it in the car in extreme winter or heat or treat it cruelly. Anyone who violates these principles will be excluded from this and subsequent exhibitions.
- The exhibitor by registering the dog for the show as a person concerned in accordance with § 13 of Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data, gives its consent to the organizing organization for the processing of his personal data (name, surname) and agrees to their publication (name, surname) and photo documentation of the course and results of the exhibition on the organizer’s website.
VETERINARY REGULATIONS
Each dog must have a veterinary certificate with valid vaccinations against rabies, canine distemper, parvovirus and hepatitis at least 21 days and a maximum of 1 year before the show, respectively. according to the duration of validity of the vaccine.
Dogs from other countries must have a Pet Passport with a valid vaccination.
